Lemon-Miso Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 heaping teaspoon of miso paste (mellow/sweet miso)

  • Juice of half a medium lemon

  • 1 small shallot, minced

  • Optional: mix in a sprinkle of any of the following / anything else you’d like: dried turmeric, black pepper, aleppo pepper, cayenne, fresh cilantro or other fresh herbs

How to make it

Mix all together, add more miso/salt to taste. Enjoy with tortilla chips / your crunchy vessel of choice.
